Apple Caramel Cupcakes

These were fun to make and tasted really well. The recipe came off of TLC.com we did a few alterations on it, like we didnt use chopped apples we used apple juice [ we recommend to stick with the chopped apples]and the icing was too hard to be able to spread it, so we made fondant out of it [B's idea] and it was good the icing reminded me of the old fashion divinity candy. All in all it was good just needed a little more apple flavor.
